About the Church

Rooted in Scripture, Committed to Community

Our mission is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ and serving our neighbors with love.

We value biblical truth, prayer, discipleship, hospitality, and faithful service across generations.

For 146 years, Fielding Spring Baptist Church has been a church home in Augusta — marked by steady faith, rich tradition, and warm fellowship across generations.

Our beliefs are grounded in historic Christian faith and clearly centered on Scripture.

The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word and our trustworthy guide for faith and life.

Salvation by Grace

We believe salvation is found by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

The Local Church

We believe the church is a family of believers called to worship, grow, and serve together.

Living on Mission

We believe every believer is called to share the Gospel in word, deed, and love.

Our Church Family

Faces of Our Community

We are a multigenerational church family where people of all ages grow in faith, build friendships, and serve together in Christ.
